Tayareh is a travel agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Through our website you can explore travel ideas, plan a trip with our AI-assisted concierge and send a trip request to a Tayareh specialist. Travel services such as accommodation, flights, transfers and tours are provided by third-party suppliers.

Who can use the website

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the website or send a trip request.

Signing in

Some features require you to sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your session and for keeping your device and Google account secure. Tell us promptly at travel@tayareh.com if you believe your account has been misused.

AI-assisted planning

Suggestions, itineraries, prices and descriptions shown in the concierge are generated with the help of AI and are provided for planning purposes only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not an offer, a quote or a confirmed booking. Please review important details with a Tayareh specialist before you rely on them.

Trip requests and bookings

Sending a trip request does not create a booking and nothing is charged through the website. A Tayareh specialist will check availability and prices and contact you. A booking is only made when you accept a written proposal or confirmation from Tayareh.

Each booking is subject to the price, payment, change and cancellation terms we give you at the time of booking, and to the conditions of the relevant suppliers. Prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your fellow travellers.
• Make sure every traveller has a valid passport, any required visas and permits, and meets health and entry requirements.
• Review your confirmations and travel documents and tell us about any error as soon as possible.
• We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by breaking the law, sending abusive, harmful or misleading content, trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with our systems or the concierge, or collecting data from the website by automated means. We may limit or suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

Third-party suppliers

Travel services are provided by independent suppliers under their own terms. To the extent permitted by law, Tayareh is not responsible for the acts or omissions of suppliers, although we will use reasonable efforts to help you if a problem arises.

Content and intellectual property

The website, its design, text, images and the Tayareh name and logo belong to Tayareh or its licensors. You may use them only for your personal, non-commercial planning. You keep the rights in the messages you send us and allow us to use them to provide our services.

Liability

We provide the website “as is” and “as available” and do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Tayareh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, or for decisions you make based only on AI-generated suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms and the website from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
