This policy explains how Tayareh Travel & Tourism LLC (“Tayareh”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you use tayareh.com, sign in, plan a trip with our concierge or send us a trip request.
Who we are
Tayareh Travel & Tourism LLC is a travel agency based at Aspin Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at any time at travel@tayareh.com.
Information we collect
- Google sign-in: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier. We request only these basic profile details (the “openid”, “email” and “profile” permissions). We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, contacts, calendar, files or any other Google data.
- Trip planning: the messages you write to our concierge and the trip details you choose, such as destinations, dates, number of travellers, budget, interests and preferences.
- Trip requests: when you ask a Tayareh specialist to prepare your trip, the mobile or WhatsApp number and any notes you give us, together with your trip details and conversation.
- Communications: emails and messages you exchange with us.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps, recorded in our server logs for security and troubleshooting.
Please do not share passport numbers, payment card details or health information in the concierge chat. If such details are needed to book your trip, a specialist will ask for them through an appropriate channel.
How we use your information
- to sign you in and keep your session secure;
- to provide trip ideas, itineraries and recommendations in the concierge;
- to receive, record and respond to your trip requests, and to prepare quotes and arrange travel services you ask for;
- to contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your requests and trips;
- to protect the website and our customers, for example by preventing abuse and investigating errors;
- to meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
We process your information to provide the service you request, to take steps you ask for before a booking, for our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, to comply with the law, and with your consent where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
AI-assisted trip planning
Our concierge uses AI technology to understand your messages and suggest destinations, itineraries and travel options. Your messages and trip details are processed by these automated tools, which may be operated by technology providers acting on our behalf, in order to generate replies.
AI suggestions are drafts for planning only. They can contain mistakes, and they are not offers, quotes or confirmations. Prices, availability and arrangements are only confirmed by a Tayareh specialist. We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing.
International transfers
Some of our service providers, including Google and HubSpot, may process information outside the United Arab Emirates. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers and on measures permitted by applicable law.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:
- trip requests and customer records: for as long as needed to respond to you and to arrange and support your trip, and afterwards for as long as required for legal, accounting or tax purposes or to resolve disputes;
- server logs: for a limited period for security and troubleshooting;
- information in your browser (session cookie and saved trips): until it expires or until you sign out or clear your browser data.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and keeping secrets out of our code. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to give you access to your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw a consent you have given. To make a request, email travel@tayareh.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
You can also remove Tayareh’s access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account settings, under third-party connections.
Children
Our website is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Information about children travelling with you should only be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
Google user data
Tayareh’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use your Google profile information only to sign you in and to identify and contact you about your trip requests.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its date.
